Not all young guy or gal goes through any professional degree course like MBA, CA, Medical etc. There are many who are just not fit for any 9 to 6 job. These people are basically identified as the creative souls. And to be successful in your creative pursuits is a hard job!

The pay scale for such people is real low at the begining. Now everyone wants to earn money isn't it? So how does a person with creative instints lead a respectable life? I can't really give you any Company's name or site where you can find your perfect job with the perfect salary because such a Company doesn't exists.

However all I can suggest is you should take life as it comes and not confine yourself to any one media, as they say "Its the world of Multimedia now". So just go for anything creative that comes your way. Remember never leave a opportunity because seldom does life give you a second chance.However only one thing should be kept in mind that you should be very confident about the path in which you choose to move forward.

Its necessary that you have faith in yourself before the employee developes faith in you.And another important aspect to bulid a succesful career is keep valuing yourself.Until you increase your own value believe me no one is going to do it for you.So go for all interviews even if you think you are too young for it or too junior.If you get an oppurtunity just grab it and go ahead!
