The truth is, a lot of the language successful guys use on women, to seduce them, is actually a "higher" level of speaking which communicates on two channels: the obvious verbal context, and the suggestive level, where sub-communication takes place. It's a way of "reaching" someone's fantasies and desires, and helping to bring them out.

The modes at work are often largely based on the concept of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming). It is the nature and type of this particular communication, which can be used to help draw out someone's innermost desires, and enrich the choices in front of them, to help them make a better more fulfilling decision. For example, "Feel good about what can make you feel good in return", has positive implications on someone's view of the world.

Richard Bandler, one of the original founders of the NLP methodology, has this to say about NLP: "NLP is an attitude characterised by the sense of curiosity and adventure and a desire to learn the skills to be able to find out what kinds of communication influences a person channels from within. To look at life as a rare and unprecedented opportunity to learn and grow."

NLP based language can be an elegant art form which can help refine not only your own thinking, but someone else's, for the better. It can help resolve internal conflict and bring down the "walls" which people have had imposed on them by many years of negative social conditioning. NLP can be a very practical mode of communication and becomes especially useful when incorporated into the normal everyday use of language. You can combine NLP with modern elements such as cocky & funny, very effectively.

By realizing that NLP can be combined with other more mainstream language, many linguistic possibilities are opened which will allow its use during normal everyday conversation. This allows NLP to be used without ever sounding "cheesy" or "lame".
